9999hp is an online gaming platform designed around how people in the Philippines actually want to play. Not a translated product from somewhere else — a platform that started from an understanding of what Filipino players look for: a clean interface, local payment methods in PHP, games that matter in this market, and support that speaks your language.
9999hp is an online gaming platform that serves players across the Philippines — from Metro Manila to Cebu to Davao and everywhere in between. The platform covers live casino games, sports betting, slots, eBingo, and more, all in one place and entirely denominated in Philippine Peso.
The name 9999hp reflects something important about how we think about gaming: it's about having resources, having options, and being in a position to enjoy the experience fully. In games, HP is life — the capacity to keep playing. At 9999hp, the goal is to give Filipino players a platform where that experience is real: well-stocked, well-supported, and built to last.
What separates 9999hp from a generic offshore gaming site is the local focus. The sports coverage prioritises what Filipinos actually follow — PBA basketball, boxing, volleyball, esports, and major international football leagues. The payment system is built around local e-wallets and banking channels, not foreign payment processors that require extra steps. The customer support team understands the questions Filipino players actually ask.
This isn't a product that was built elsewhere and handed to the Philippine market as an afterthought. 9999hp was designed with the Filipino user in mind from the ground up — and that difference shows up in small details across the entire platform experience, from the lobby layout to how withdrawals are processed.
Committed to Responsible Gaming: 9999hp is for entertainment only. All players must be 21 years of age or older. We provide deposit limits, session controls, and self-exclusion tools to help every player stay in control of their gaming activity.
The full range of gaming and platform features available to every registered player

Pre-match and live in-play betting across PBA, NBA, boxing, football, volleyball, esports, and international events. Real-time odds, live score tracking, and a wide range of market types for every fixture on the calendar.
Online eBingo with multiple room types — standard 75-ball, speed, and pattern rooms — running around the clock. Automatic card marking and instant win detection so you can focus on the draw, not on keeping up manually.
All deposits and withdrawals at 9999hp are in Philippine Peso. GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and local online banking channels are supported — no foreign currency conversion, no hidden exchange rate costs at any point.
The 9999hp VIP program rewards consistent play across all sections of the platform. Higher tiers unlock elevated deposit and withdrawal limits, faster processing, priority support, and access to exclusive rooms and events.
The 9999hp platform works on any Android or iOS device through the dedicated app or mobile browser. No feature is cut for mobile — live casino streaming, sports betting, eBingo, and account management all work the same way on a phone as on desktop.
Building a gaming platform that Filipino players genuinely trust takes time and consistent effort. Here's how 9999hp has developed into what it is today.
9999hp was conceived as a Philippine-focused online gaming platform — not a localised version of an existing product, but a platform designed from the start around the preferences, payment habits, and gaming interests of Filipino players.
Recognising that basketball drives a huge portion of Philippine sports engagement, 9999hp integrated full PBA conference coverage alongside NBA and international markets — giving Filipino bettors local-first sports betting from day one.
The addition of GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfer channels removed a significant barrier for local players — making it possible to fund and withdraw from a 9999hp account entirely through channels Filipinos already use daily.
With a majority of Philippine internet usage happening on mobile devices, 9999hp rolled out a dedicated Android app and fully optimised the mobile browser experience — ensuring the platform performs well on mid-range phones and standard LTE connections.
9999hp continues to grow its player base across Manila, Cebu, Davao, and cities throughout the archipelago — adding new game titles, expanding sports market coverage, and refining the platform tools that keep the experience clean and dependable.
A platform is only as good as what it commits to. Here's what 9999hp stands behind for every player on the platform.
One 9999hp account gives you access to every section of the platform — all in PHP, all on any device
Real-time dealer tables in baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and more — streamed and playable from any screen.
Pre-match and live in-play markets on PBA, NBA, boxing, esports, football, and more international competitions.
Multiple rooms, 24/7 draws, automatic card marking, and instant prize crediting — all familiar, all online.
Tier-based rewards that unlock higher limits, faster withdrawals, and exclusive access as your activity grows.
Gaming should always be entertainment. Here's how 9999hp helps players keep it that way.
The 9999hp platform is designed for entertainment. No game on the platform — whether it's a live baccarat hand, a PBA bet, or an eBingo draw — carries any guarantee of a return. All outcomes involve chance, and the results of any individual session cannot be predicted or influenced by strategy or system.
Every player on 9999hp has access to a set of responsible gaming tools in their account settings. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in PHP to keep your spending within a budget you decide on before you start. Session time reminders can alert you when you've been playing for a set period. And if you feel you need a longer break, self-exclusion is available — once applied, it takes effect immediately.
For players who feel their gaming has become a concern, the Responsible Gaming page provides further guidance and support resources available in the Philippines. 9999hp encourages all players to engage with the platform as entertainment — within a budget they've set and a time frame they're comfortable with. No outcome on any platform is ever guaranteed, and 9999hp will never suggest otherwise.
21+ Strictly Enforced: Access to 9999hp is limited to players aged 21 years and above. KYC identity verification is required on all accounts. If you are under 21, please do not attempt to register or access the platform.
